The batteries included in toys are for the TRY ME function in the store. For this reason, batteries may be weak when purchased. If the product does not work properly, we advise you to first replace the batteries with new batteries.
If an item does not function properly, first check the points below, often a problem can be solved easily:
- Always consult the manual first.
- Packaging not properly removed: make sure all plastic straps and packaging material are removed.
- Batteries are empty: replace the batteries with new batteries.
- The item is not turned on correctly: set the switch to ON (not OFF or TRY ME).
- The item is not charged: make sure the item is charged before use.
